SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

When you send us an application, we process your personal data (e.g. contact and communication data, application documents, notes in the course of interviews, etc.) insofar as this is necessary for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (initiation of an employment relationship), Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR (general initiation of contracts) and, if you have given your consent, Article 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
